You can have your money back within 14 days of buying Klid Pro, for any reason. Just ask.
How to ask
Email hi@klidpiano.com from the address you used to buy, or quote your order number from the receipt. You don’t need to give a reason, though we’d like to hear what went wrong so we can fix it.
What happens
- We ask Polar, who processed your payment, to refund you. It goes back to the payment method you used, and your bank decides how long it takes to show up.
- Your licence key is switched off, and Klid on your browser returns to the free version.
- Videos you already exported are still yours to keep and use.
Something not working?
If Klid Pro doesn’t work for you as described, tell us first. We would rather fix it, and if we can’t, we will refund you even after the 14 days.
Your other rights
This policy adds to, and does not replace, any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
